Strong analytical and statistical skills are as important as a proactive attitude and effective communication. Leveraging data and product intuition, they should guide the direction of Logistics development and exhibit adeptness in collaborating with diverse stakeholders. What will your work consist of? You will cooperate with Product Managers, development teams, UX Designers and UX Researchers in the development of Logistics products on the Allegro platform You will support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes You will draw conclusions from product analysis and have an impact on the designed and implemented data solutions through constant cooperation with development teams You will conduct analyzes for the Delivery Experience area from the buyer's side in the scope of: customer behavior on the purchasing path related to the choice of delivery method, prediction of delivery times, … from the seller's side: working with delivery pricelists, using Ship with Allegro tool, . . as well as for other logistics services: Allegro's own delivery network - including our green parcel machines, implementation of the Allegro platform on new markets You will analyze large data sets in search of patterns and dependencies that affect key areas for the company We are looking for people who: have minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar capacity know SQL at a very good level (knowledge of Python will be an advantage) have strong statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses know how to choose statistical methods and data visualization techniques adequate to the problem (Tableau/Data Studio is welcome) are able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective and clear ways of communication have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets care about the reusability of the code know English at a minimum level of B2 For our part, we offer: A hybrid work model that you will agree with the leader and the team We have well-located offices and excellent work tools (lifting desks, interactive conference rooms) Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary calculated from the gross amount (depending on your annual assessment and the company's results) A rich package of benefits in the cafeteria system - you decide what you use (we can choose from medical, sports, lunch packages, insurance, shopping vouchers) English classes paid for by us and focused on the specifics of your job Work in a team whose support you can always count on - on board we have the best specialists and experts in their field A lot of autonomy in the organization of the team's work, we encourage continuous development and trying new things Hackathons, team tourism, training budget and the internal MindUp platform A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro with M1 processor and other gadgets that you may need Why would you like to work with us?
