As a HR Business Partner you will advise and partner the business in line with the HR strategy and strive for optimal performance & wellbeing of all Rituals Employees. You will be responsible for providing and creating tools to stear guide and influence the Rituals business leaders in creating trust, pride and happiness to become the place to be to work.

Your role

• Contact person for our Retail Managers (Shop Manager, Area Manager, Head of Retail) regarding to all complex HR issues.
• Proactive, strategic advice and support for your area of responsibility on management, development and labour law issues, taking into account legal requirements.
• Initiating and managing (international) HR projects and initiatives in areas such as management development, onboarding and employee appraisals.
• Creating guidelines and standards as well as collecting and analyzing HR key figures and designing and implementing HR training courses to support the specialist department.
• As a part of HR team, you will be report to the Head of HR.

Kwalifikacje

This is you

• A degree in social sciences/law/psychology or comparable training.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, knowledge of labour law and ideally experience in retail or a service-oriented industry.
• A high sense of responsibility together with a high level of organizational strength, resilience, conscientiousness and an analytical, strategic and solution-oriented way of thinking and working.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel.
