About the role: Currently we are looking for a Central Team member for position of Sales Development Manager, experienced in consumer electronics business to coordinate local entities in order to develop our own brand Canyon in Poland and Baltics. Responsibilities: Plan, implement and manage the company’s overall sales strategy Develop, maintain, and expand customer relationships Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Coordinate with the marketing department on promotional activities and product positioning Regular reviews of country sales team performance and develop improvement plans Build and maintain relationships with partners and local ASBIS entity Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies Report to the HQ on the status of operations and market trends for dedicated counties Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of successful experience on similar position Minimum 5 years of sales experience of IT products or consumer accessories, either in retail or distribution to consumer RTM; Experienced with PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) planning and effective management Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills; Working experience on an international landscape; Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support; Fluency in English We offer: Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company Constant interaction with global teams of professionals International career opportunities Access to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildings Competitive salary package and motivation scheme Life events’ gifts, corporate presents and awards, years of service bonuses We are on a mission to bring technology to everyone and are looking for new colleagues.
