our client provides services in the field of investment banking and business consulting supporting medium and large companies in building their value on the Polish and foreign markets. salary : up to 150/h (B2B) employment type :B2B, contract of employment location : Warsaw, Poland recruitment process stage 1 : phone call with {skills} matter recruiter (15-30 min) stage 2 : phone call with the client (15 min) stage 3 : on-site meeting with the final client (1 h) your daily tasks Managing a 3-person professional services sales department in the areas of strategic, stock market and business consulting Develop and execute a sales strategy for the department, ensuring the achievement of set sales targets Coordinate and supervise the sales process, including monitoring sales performance indicators and taking corrective action as needed Actively seek and acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships Representing the company as experts at various industry events and networking with key business partners Direct sales of services, including presentation of the company's offerings, negotiation of terms of cooperation and finalization of contracts Developing and presenting professional sales materials, including offers and presentations to clients Reporting sales results and analyzing the effectiveness of activities on an ongoing basis to continuously improve sales processes Experience managing a sales team, consulting or professional services industry preferred Knowledge of the market and trends in the areas of strategic, stock market and business consulting Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build long-term business relationships Organizational skills and self-reliance, ability to work under time pressure Orientation towards achieving business goals and willingness to take initiative in implementing tasks Higher education preferred but not required Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office added value for you medical insurance flexible terms of employment work with experienced team opportunity to raise qualifications and further professional development participation in exciting projects in the area of strategic and financial consulting for clients in Poland and abroad work in a rapidly growing consulting company built by a team of experienced experts something about us {skills} matter is a recruitment agency, we specialise in the IT area. we focus on candidate experience, professionalism and honesty. we will help you achieve your professional goals and develop your career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
