Sales Executive Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Duties: ● Making calls to "warm" potential clients in English and conducting business correspondence to finalize deals; ● Introducing potential clients to our company, its product, and competitive advantages during demo calls; ● Identifying the needs, pains, and business tasks of the client regarding their online presence and online reputation; ● Independently finding a way to reach out to the decisionmakers if the initial contact person on the potential client's side is not one; ● Preparing individual commercial proposals, presenting them to potential clients, handling objections; ● Preparing contracts and other agreements and coordinating them with clients, issuing invoices, monitoring receipt of payments from clients; ● Actively participating in the search for foreign clients; ● Assisting in training new team members; ● Achieving personal monthly sales targets. Our requirements Who are we looking for: ● Fluent in both spoken and written English or/and Spanish; ● Minimum 1 year of experience working with foreign clients in English/Spanish; ● Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales; ● Proficiency in negotiation techniques; ● Understanding of cultural differences when communicating with clients from different regions (Europe, MENA, LATAM); ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ● Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms; ● Willingness to learn complex IT products and sales techniques. Nice to have: ● Experience in the IT, SEO, and/or marketing; ● Experience in negotiating contracts with foreign clients.
