ALL4JETS is a company founded in 2013 by a group of experienced specialists in the aviation industry. For over 10 years of our activity, we have developed a reputation as a reliable partner among a number of airlines, leasing companies and aircraft maintenance organizations, as well as individual clients. Due to the dynamic development in new areas of activity as ONE STOP SHOP and on new markets we plan to build a sales team and we are looking for best candidates for new position: Your Role As a Sales Executive , you will be the first person who will contact customers in terms of conversations and commercial communication, you will create or co-create and then send offers for services provided by ALL4JETS . Your role will be to acquire customers and offer ALL4JETS services to existing, but mainly new customers. Find out more about our business at Tasks: • Acquire, contact and retain ALL4JETS customers, via e-mail and telephone contacts, Linkedin, video calls and personal meetings, • Generate potential leads, build pipeline and manage transactions, submit offers and then win tenders, requests, RFP's and projects, • Prepare offers and close transactions by conducting attractive presentations of products and services, that present benefits of our solutions, • Professional advice to customers about ALL4JETS services, including: aircraft maintenance, maintenance training, engineering services, CAMO, engine borescope inspections, tech reps & consulting, aircraft modifications, maintenance tools rental and other services, • Cooperation with all ALL4JETS departments and companies and provide feedback on products and services in order to improve processes, services and products, • Implementation of established sales plans by timely and accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer information via CRM system, • Contact customers identified by marketing as potential customers, pipeline management and sales forecasting, • You have the ability to sell aircraft maintenance services at the level of vice president, director or manager, • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the aerospace industry in any of the fields like aircraft maintenance, maintenance training, engine borescope inspections, continuing airworthiness and other aerospace services, • You have experience in developing new territory, including lead generation and customer contact, • You have the ability to maintain and implement sales budget, • You have an impeccable presence, developed interpersonal skills, you organize your work perfectly, you speak and write in English, • You want and are able to build long-term relationships with your customers, • You are an independent person and determined in achieving your goals, • You use MS Office well and have knowledge of CRM systems or willing and not afraid to use them, Our offer: • Full time office or Hybrid work and flexible working hours, • Extremely interesting work environment, • Private medical care and sporting activities clubs access in Poland, • Co-financing for studies or courses needed to perform better in your role, • You will be part of a young international team that grows as the company is developing, • You will participate in trade shows, conferences and meetings with clients in Poland and around the world.
