Your tasks in this position are:

• Executing a sales strategy to meet regional and team revenue targets, setting role-based targets,
• Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff to drive performance and career development,
• Management of the internal sales team - onboarding, KPI, document supervision and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their performance, 
• Ensuring that the sales plan aligns with and supports the company's revenue goals,
• Hiring and onboarding new team members.

Our requirements:

• Fluent command of German and English is a must,
• Previous experience in team management and sales,
• Strong organization skills,
• Excellent communication and leadership skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Force,
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving,
• Understand client's needs​.
