Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Training & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales and field service training initiatives and marketing activities to help drive business growth and improve commercial team performance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for sales and marketing within the MedTech industry. Responsibilities: Collaborate with commercial team to -support flawless training programs for sales and field service Coordinate and schedule Commercial S ales and Service training sessions, workshops, and events delivering a n experience consistent with our brand and culture while hitting budget objectives Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. Manage training calendars, resources, materials, and scheduling Coordinates training documentation and materials prepared by instructors Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs based on user needs and business requirements Support the execution of marketing campaigns Project manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content Work with cross functional teams, including sales , sales training , field service, marketing, marketing communications to ensure alignment between training and marketing efforts Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales training programs and marketing activities Provide administrative support for sales and marketing departments as needed Minimal Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience in a highly cross functional, customer-centric role MS Office, Adobe, Captivate, Articulate/ Canva/. Camtasia experience a plus Ability to identify training needs, and design and implement effective training and development to meet those needs. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software Ability to work with Survey Monkey or MS Forms to track and report on participation. Strong Project Management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in fast paced environment, real-time environment. The Annual Salary Range for this role will be: $80,000- 120,000 We feel passionately about pay equality.
