Currently, we are looking for: Senior HR Business Partner - Employee Relations (hybrid working model) In that role, you would be developing and implementing team member-facing policies and guidelines in collaboration with internal departments while ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong focus on providing advice and guidance to leaders - senior leadership and team members in the delivery of Employee Relations processes and practices including but not limited to conduct, performance management, and correction actions. You will also be responsible for ensuring legislative and relevant QRG Policy compliance in the execution of business activity and QRG culture. What you will do: -Act as strategic Business Partner by providing advice and guidance to leaders including senior leadership and team members in the delivery of Employee Relations processes and practices including; conduct, performance management, correction actions, implementation of new regulations and practices -Generate of team member facing regulations & guidelines: implementation of internal policies and regulations according to business needs and local legislation, in collaboration with other Business Partners roles as well as other CoEs -Support the negotiation process of collective agreements with employee representation bodies (Employee Representatives) through project management, formulation & documentation -Drive and support processes related to other Employee Representative Group, and labor regulators such as a Labor Inspector -Safeguard compliance with team member-facing regulations: training of and advice on policies & process,detection of (potential) conflict areas , case mapping and conflict prevention -Combine Team Member Relations data with other relevant HR metrics (engagement survey results, absenteeism, etc.) to detect trends and develop proposals for concerning actions & programs to improve relevant metrics & team member experience -Professionally investigate all cases where a violation of policies or regulations is in question („Team Member Relation cases“) -Support critical conversations including correction actions -Provide direct support to COEs by implementing policies and procedures including GDPR-relevant policies, supporting relevant investigations Requirements: -Proficient English -Experience in a similar role with proven knowledge of employee relations processes including managing conduct, performance, corrective action, organizational change and policy development -Solid knowledge of labor law expertise -Extensive knowledge about market practices (HR practices, Compliance, GDPR, Shared Services) -Strong analytical mindset -Highly engaging and organized with an ability to weigh up risks and make informed decisions that are right for our business, people and culture -Demonstrated experience providing consultation to all levels of management on HR related matters such as employee and leadership development, and retention -Experience facilitating meetings such as focus groups to identify and diagnose issues within team, work processes, and/or leadership and assisting in the development of solutions -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of individuals throughout the organization -Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high sense of urgency environment What we offer: General benefits Hybrid work model combining office & remote work (required presence in the office: minimum 3 times per month) Attractively located office with collaboration spaces, gaming room, football table, billiards and showers Onsite parking space for employees Financial allowance for remote work Company performance-related bonus Referral program with a financial bonus Life Insurance Access to internal Learning Lab Platform with multiple pieces of training oriented for professional growth Lifestyle benefits: Access to MyBenefit platform (Multisport included) Team Building Activities Charity programs Opportunities to volunteer your time to company-driven initiatives, employee networks or organizations of your choice – 1 day/year Work environment promoting diversity and inclusion Health benefits: Private medical care Mental health support line for you and your relatives Join us as we enrich life’s everyday moments – including yours.
