We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Polish team and work remotely in the South-East of Poland. The role provides strong sales focus on delivering expected results and winning new business. If you are open for cooperation, have great selling and communication skills, fundamental technical knowledge and can provide assistance to customers regarding the use of Liquid Coatings products, we encourage you to apply.
Responds to basic questions and concerns from the customer regarding product line(s), commercial conditions – pricing, deliveries, stock and general operations; generally, involves task orientated situations, problem solving, and direct supervision. Provides sales oriented direction and technical assistance to customers on the use of the product line(s); typically includes single locations and technologies, and basic application methods. Serves as a basic operational advisor to customers by applying routine quality tools and analytical concepts to assist with improving product quality and efficiency; receives direction or guidance on most issues. Serves as a liaison with sales by interacting with line personnel, developing a greater understanding of needs and operations, providing observations and leads to sales; receives direction from other personnel. Serves as a liaison with R&D and CQ by interacting with personnel, developing a greater understanding of needs and operations, and providing observations and leads to quality improvement Assists with performing account management activities by facilitating new or recurring orders, developing relationships with customer contacts, and facilitating communications with sales personnel. Available to travel in Poland, Sweden. Working between different cultures. Time management and meeting deadlines of month-end and project work. ERP systems within European Division. Excel knowledge and files productivity for analytical reasoning and details digging. Formal Education:
High school graduate or equivalent education and experience Bachelor’s degree in Wood Technology or Chemistry, Operations Management or similar would be an advantage Knowledge & Experience:
four years of progressive sales and technical experience in paint business or lab or related technical experience, mainly in Liquid Coatings products. experience in a multinational/multicultural Company would be an advantage Technical/Skill Requirements:
Utilizing industry and product applications concepts and procedures. Understanding of advanced technical principles and practices (lab, research, . Applying expert principles / practices within an area or general principles / practices in multiple service areas. Providing technical guidance and advice to improve quality and efficiency. Working with line and management personnel. Communicating technical and operational concepts to facilitate sales. Providing technical customer service. Performing account management and sales activities. PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Effective communication at all levels with Customers and internally. Good command of English.
