And now we are looking for a very important member of the Dektry Sales team — a Sales Manager .
What will be your primary responsibilities in this role?
Work with leads that have been qualified and are in the later stages of the sales funnel;
Focus on closing deals with leads that have demonstrated a high level of interest and engagement;
Conduct service presentations, addressing specific needs and concerns;
Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and finalize agreements to convert hot leads into customers;
Establish a well-organized partner database and implement effective communication strategies to drive successful transactions and long-term partnerships;
Assist and resolve issues for customers throughout their entire journey, from pre-sales inquiries to post-purchase assistance;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM, providing a centralized hub for all customer-related activities;
Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies;
Participate in the formation of sales department processes and the development of a Sales Book;
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics (Sales Growth, Conversion Rate, Average Deal Size, Sales Cycle Length and etc.);
Close collaborate with the Lead Generator, the cold leads Sales Representative, as well as with the Delivery, HR, Marketing and Operations Departments;
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales.
We leverage the following tools and techniques to accomplish our tasks:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): e.g. HubSpot;
Google workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides);
Presentation tools;
Touch points tools (LinkedIn, Skype, and etc.).
Requirements:
Excellent English language skills : C1 (spoken and written). Fluency in other foreign languages is a plus;
Relevant experience : minimum 2 years of pertinent work experience in a comparable field within a corresponding role (Sales Manager / Account Manager), specifically within the IT industry;
Proficiency in sales methodologies : Expertise in diverse sales methodologies, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of comprehensive sales strategies and approaches;
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements;
Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
Industry Knowledge : Solid understanding of the IT outsourcing industry, including emerging trends and technologies;
Technology Expertise : Show exceptional technology expertise to help bridge the communication gap between sales and development, enabling a unified approach to client needs;
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented : Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment;
Time Management : Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to have:
Global Market Understanding : Familiarity with the global IT outsourcing landscape and an understanding of regional variations in client needs and business practices;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : Analytical mindset for market analysis, competitor evaluation, and identifying trends in the IT outsourcing industry. Ability to develop and execute tactical plans to achieve organizational goals.
