About the role:

As an OtC (Order to Cash) Junior Accountant with a focus on Credit Control, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the credit and collections processes within the organization. Junior Accountant in Credit Control plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization while building and preserving positive relationships with customers. It's important for individuals in this role to be detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive in addressing potential issues in the credit control process

Your main scope of duties and responsibilities include:

• Credit Assessment: Evaluate customer creditworthiness.
• Credit Limits: Set and monitor credit limits.
• Payment Monitoring: Track and reconcile customer payments.
• Collections: Implement strategies for timely payments.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Reporting: Generate reports on credit and collections metrics.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to address customer concerns.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.
