3D CAD Application Engineer m/w/d (Additive & Subtractive)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Application Engineer / 3D CAD Designer to design, validate, and industrialize applications that can be produced using a wide range of additive manufacturing (AM) and CNC machining technologies.

This role combines hands-on engineering, production support, customer interaction, and training, with a strong focus on industrial and defense-grade applications.

Your main responsibilities:

• TDP Engineering: Lead the design and validation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs), ensuring compliance with military and industrial standards


• Military Training: Conduct hands-on workshops and technical onboarding for military trainees on end-to-end AM workflows


• CoE Operations: Manage the Rzeszów knowledge base and support on-site installations of industrial 3D printing solutions


• Technical Consulting: Optimize part design for production and provide expert troubleshooting for FDM, SLA, DMLS, and SLM technologies


• Project Management: Define technical requirements, project sequences, and delivery timelines for innovation projects

What you should bring:

• Education: BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design


• Experience: 2+ years in Manufacturing, with a combination of Additive and Subtractive (Defense field Preferred)  


• Technical Knowledge: proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360 / Solidworks) and 3D Scanning (Preferred) 


• Location: 80% onsite presence in the Rzeszów region is mandatory


• Languages: English (Required); Polish and/or Ukrainian (Highly Preferred)
