We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to support our efforts in establishing and growing our presence in Poland's defense market. This role is critical to our expansion and success in a highly competitive sector. You will focus on building strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our cutting-edge technologies.
Strategic Growth & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Poland's defense entities and key defense partners.
Develop and execute tailored business strategies to achieve measurable revenue and market share growth.
Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging market analysis and competitor insights.
Sales & Client Engagement
Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of Harmattan AI’s technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive sales.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with R&D, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and insights to the executive team.
Stakeholder & Government Relations
Cultivate relationships with operators, end-users, and high-ranking officials.
Represent Harmattan AI at high-profile meetings, negotiations, and industry events to enhance market positioning.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in business development or sales in the defense sector.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with advanced defense technologies.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and deliver effective product demonstrations.
Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of the defense sector procurement process and key market players.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Adaptability: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to navigating dynamic challenges and seizing opportunities.
