Job Description - Account Manager for Casino Platform

Description

Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America.



Requirements
  • Experience in iGaming industry
  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles is considered an advantage
  • Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows and client communication processes
  • Experience working with Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools is a plus
  • Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling operational client requests
  • Basic understanding of payments, providers and platform integrations is considered an advantage
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Russian language is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned platform clients
  • Track and coordinate ongoing client requests, issues and follow-ups
  • Work closely with Support, Product, Payments and Providers teams
  • Monitor task statuses and ensure timely client updates
  • Assist clients with platform-related operational questions
  • Participate in regular syncs and operational meetings with clients
  • Escalate critical issues when necessary
  • Support client retention and long-term relationships
  • Identify operational improvement and growth opportunities
  • Maintain clear visibility of client-related operational activities after launch
