Job Description - Account Manager Poland & Baltics

The Job

Eastern Europe is entering a dynamic new growth phase. As we transition from an indirect model to a direct-to-retail strategy, we are strengthening our market presence and elevating our commercial execution. With a strong foundation already in place, we are now building a high-performing sales team that will shape the future of our business in the region.
To accelerate this journey, we are looking for two ambitious and driven Account Managers for Poland & the Baltics. In this role, you will strengthen existing customer relationships, expand our footprint across multiple market segments, and unlock new commercial opportunities that add value to our brands.

Your Mission

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for driving revenue and exceeding both sales and margin targets. You build strong partnerships with our clients and proactively identify new business opportunities that support long-term growth. As the Account Manager, you play a key role in the commercial success of your territory.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new customers and expanding into additional sales channels across Sports, Fashion, Lifestyle and FMCG to drive market growth.
  • Introducing and growing our brands by implementing a clear and effective sales strategy.
  • Leading collection presentations and business reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual) and coordinating marketing concepts with partners.
  • Reviewing key business metrics regularly and translating insights into concrete improvement actions.
  • Working closely with Sales Management and Sales Support to ensure seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting or leading additional projects that contribute to market expansion and brand visibility.

You offer:

  • Proven experience in Account Management within Fashion, Sports Lifestyle or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills to build long-term partnerships.
  • A solution-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, close-knit sales team.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • A strong understanding of the retail environment and retailer needs.
  • You live in the Warsaw region and are willing to travel regularly across Poland and the Baltics.

Location & Eligibility

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland and requires traveling, as you will be building this region together with us. Our office is located at the beautiful PUMA office in Warsaw. Therefore, remote work from home or other countries is not possible and we ask you to have the legal right to work in Poland.
