Clinical & Technical Support: Provide on-site support during procedures and ensure proper use of products. Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Work with hospital teams to maintain product availability, manage inventory, and support post-sales activities. Education & Training: Organize or support workshops, trainings, and local educational events to increase clinical knowledge and product adoption. Market Intelligence: Collect insights on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements to support strategic decision-making. 3-4 years in sales, account management, clinical field support, or a healthcare-related role. Experience in Urology or medical devices is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in Polish and proficient in English. Confident working autonomously in hospital environments and managing multiple stakeholders. Commercially driven, organized, and results oriented.
