Account Receivable (AR) Accountant

As a AR Accountant you will be managing both general accounting tasks and accounts receivable collections. This position reports to Cas Management Team Leader and is essential in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow at Luminator. 

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledger
• Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements
• Record and reconcile incoming payments in compliance with financial policies
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer queries
• Prepare aging reports and collection status updates for management
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Support audits by providing documentation and account analysis
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or collections
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Infor)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Polish and English, German will be a great addition!
