In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial and operational documentation related to carrier settlements and ensuring accurate data entry into our internal systems.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who enjoy working with structured processes and want to be part of an international logistics environment.
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid/Remote option after probation period) Employment Type: Full-time, Employment Contract (Umowa o Pracę)
Tasks
Receiving and verifying original documents from carriers (e.g. transport invoices, CMRs, and related documentation).
Checking documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
Entering relevant financial and operational data into internal systems.
Ensuring timely processing of carrier documentation.
Communicating with carriers and internal departments regarding missing or incorrect documents.
Supporting the accounting and operations teams with administrative and documentation-related tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in accounting, finance administration, logistics administration, or similar roles is an advantage
Experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding environments is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
Good organizational skills and ability to work with structured processes
Basic understanding of transport documentation is an advantage
Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with carriers and internal teams
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Language Requirements: English mandatory (written and spoken), Polish, Russian and/or German
