Accounting Analyst 

About the Role

This position is for a general ledger accountant to support the business with payroll activities across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with accounts for the EMEA region.


• Operating across all Boston Scientific divisions.


• Primary focus is for reconciliations.


• In-depth analysis of payroll.


• Analysing general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and journal entries.


• Establishing payroll accounting processes.  


• Payroll month-end accounting.


• Payroll and finance administration.


• Uploading information and process automation.


• To establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area.

What are we looking for in you:

• A successfully completed accounting qualification.


• Professional experience from industry working as an Account or Accounting Analyst/Specialist, or similar.


• Previous experience of payroll accounting is beneficial.


• Strong Excel skills.


• SAP experience is beneficial. 


• Problem solving and analytical, with great attention to detail.


• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.


• Effective communications across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.


• Professional working proficiency language skills in both Polish and English.
