We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager (Middle / Senior / Head level) to join our team in Warsaw. This role is strictly within iGaming, so relevant industry experience is a must. We’re open to candidates already based in Poland or those willing to relocate.
The focus is on one key region - not a mix of everything. We’re considering profiles with solid experience in either Europe, Asia, the Nordics, or African markets.
Location: Warsaw, on-site.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates (daily communication, performance tracking, optimization)
Identify and onboard new partners across CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
Negotiate commercial terms and continuously improve deal efficiency
Monitor traffic quality, campaign performance, and ROI
Manage affiliate budgets, payouts, and reporting
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to launch and scale campaigns
Represent the company at industry events when needed
Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and regulatory specifics within your region
What we expect:
• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within iGaming (casino/sportsbook)
• Solid track record of managing and scaling affiliate partnerships (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)
• Hands-on experience with at least one region: Europe / Asia / Nordics / Africa (deep understanding of traffic specifics, player behavior, and key partners)
• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close and optimize deals
• Ability to analyze traffic quality, spot fraud, and work with performance metrics (ROI, LTV, conversion rates)
• Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access, or similar)
• Good understanding of compliance basics and market-specific restrictions
• Comfortable managing budgets, forecasting, and keeping payouts under control
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally (marketing, CRM, product, content)
• English B2+, Russian, or Ukrainian is required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your region
