Job Description

Agentic AI & RPA Developer

Location: Katowice, Poland (Hybrid)

Reporting to: Robert Rajczyk, RPA & AI Development Junior Manager

This role is for you if…

• You love turning emerging tech into real, production-grade solutions (not just demos).
• You enjoy challenges where you have to connect the dots: AI + documents + APIs + processes + automation.
• You treat LLMs as an engineering component: you care about quality, reliability, latency, cost, and safety, not only "nice outputs".
• You have a strong automation mindset and you're happy to build in Blue Prism as a core enterprise RPA platform - while also using other tools when they're the best fit.

Your Responsibilities:

• Use Blue Prism as a key automation platform to deliver enterprise-grade process automation - while leveraging additional tools and services as needed.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions end-to-end - from discovery to production and post-go-live support.
• Develop and operationalize LLM-powered components using best-fit models from OpenAI and Anthropic - knowing when to use which model and why (strengths, trade-offs, cost/latency, reliability).
• Implement "agentic" workflows (tool use, structured outputs, grounding, retrieval, orchestration) that are safe, maintainable, and measurable.
• Build and orchestrate workflows with Microsoft Power Platform, integrating with RPA where it makes sense.
• Build relationships with Process Owners, Finance and Business Sponsors, Technology, Architecture, and other teams to land solutions with real impact.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Blue Prism: minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Practical experience with Azure Document Intelligence (or very similar Intelligent Document Processing work).
• Strong, practical understanding of LLM usage in enterprise automation, including model selection and leveraging the strengths of OpenAI and Anthropic models.
• Experience integrating solutions via APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Blue Prism Developer Certification
• Python
• Familiarity with additional Azure AI services beyond document processing.
