AI / Data Engineer (LLM Implementation Expert)

Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of our AI products to potential clients. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our client's solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and design AI-based solutions using LLMs and relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
• Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, best practices, and case studies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

• Strong proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related frameworks such as Langchain and LlamaIndex.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.
• Experience with Python programming and relevant ML libraries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
