Some of your key responsibilities include:  

• Analyze business needs, spot problems, and shape practical solutions.
• Translate changing business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Improve workflows, boost productivity, and reduce risk across teams.
• Conduct meetings and workshops that uncover real issues and drive decisions.
• Test new system changes and make sure everything works as expected.

Desired Qualifications:

• Comprehensive professional experience in accounting
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results
• Analytical thinking and ability to make informed decisions
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility.

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or project work, especially in financial systems
• Knowledge of eFront or other accounting system
• Being familiar with alternative investment instruments
