Helprise seeks a Financial Crimes Analyst to help support a comprehensive BSA/AML program. Come join us in our mission to change consumer finance through better technology, lower costs, and increased transparency while providing the best customer experience

YOU WILL

• Follow company policies/standards to determine if activities or transactions are non-compliant/potentially suspicious and take appropriate action.
• Perform second-level review of Suspicious Activity Reports to ensure appropriate determination and quality of report for filing with regulatory agencies and bank partners.
• Undertake project work and Financial Crime program enhancements.
• Be able to work/investigate alerts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

YOU NEED

• 2-3 years of professional work experience. BSA/AML and SAR experience preferred.
• Exceptional judgment, organizational and analytical skills, and keen attention to detail, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools, such as Snowflake, Excel, and visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Understanding of BSA/AML and Program requirements.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with, and communicate complex regulations to, business partners.
• Passion for technology, consumer finance, and improving consumer credit products.
• Progress towards or achievement of industry certifications preferred but not required (Relevant examples include CAMS, CFE, CIA, etc.).
