AP Accountant

AP Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AP Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be working under the Head Bookkeeper, supporting the day-to-day financial operations and managing the bookkeeping of several entities.

This role is hybrid in Kraków (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing vendor invoices
• Handling monthly payments
• Managing employee expense reimbursements
• Monthly closing activities, including:
• Accruals
• Fixed assets
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card (MESH) reconciliations

• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with NetSuite
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 
• Experience in accounting or other finance roles
