Job Description - AP Accountant (French)

Your Mission:

Under the supervision of the Chief Accountant, you will oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable for France and Poland.

In coordination with the accounting team, your main responsibilities will include:

Verifying and preparing customer invoicing in Sage 100 and ODOO

Supervising the accounting assistant

Analyzing and reconciling supplier accounts

Following up with suppliers

Processing invoices and payments

Performing bank reconciliations

Posting month-end closing entries (accruals, prepaid expenses, stock valuation, etc.) for France

Wymagania

You have a higher education background in finance and accounting and can

demonstrate significant experience in a similar role, ideally as a general

accountant managing several subsidiaries.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your thoroughness, and your

analytical and synthesis abilities.

You are capable of managing priorities and enjoy working as part of a team.

Professional proficiency in French and English is required.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and office tools is essential
