Your New Role…

The AP Analyst is responsible for processing Accounts Payable transactions in SAP ECC, ensuring accurate and timely invoice posting, and supporting AP and T&E operational activities. The role requires Romanian language skills and experience in invoice processing within an international environment.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Process and post AP invoices in SAP ECC accurately and within agreed timelines , support e-invoicing processes and ensure compliance with local legal and company requirements
• Perform manual T&E processing, including posting employee expenses based on expense reports and bank statements
• Support month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations in BlackLine and reporting support
• Monitor and control AP open items to prevent overdue balances and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues
• Support business stakeholders with AP and T&E related queries and issue resolution, handle and monitor requests and incidents in ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures, cooperate with internal stakeholders, employees, and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Maintain high data quality and proper documentation within AP systems and tools

Qualifications & Experience…

• Experience in Accounts Payable invoice processing, understanding of e-invoicing processes and AP controls
• Experience with manual T&E expense processing, experience supporting month-end close activities and performing reconciliations in BlackLine
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Romanian and English language skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good communication and stakeholder management abilities, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
