Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices for customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform invoice adjustments, credit memos, and reclassifications.
• Verify and post invoices

• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Resolve billing discrepancies promptly while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Escalate and follow up on issues to ensure resolution.

• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and outstanding invoices for management review.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Work closely with collections teams to manage delinquent accounts.
• Provide required documentation for internal and external audits.
• Ensure key metrics and service delivery standards are met.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles; shared services experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of Workday Financials is a strong asset.
• In-depth understanding of AR processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and adaptable with intercultural competence.
• Language: Very good command of English (B2 or higher)

Preferred Skills

• Considerable knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data effectively.
• Experience in handling escalations.

Location expectations  
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
