Job Description - A/R Supervisor


         


 


 


A/R Supervisor 


Fixed-term for one year 


Łódź, Poland


 


 


 


 


 


 


Key responsibilities:



  • Managing AR Activities in area of Deduction Management, ensuring that operational KPIs & deadlines are met.

  • Coaching, developing & managing direct reports’ performance (including performance management, development plans, talent matrix, succession planning, etc.).

  • Identifies, recommends and leads process improvements in support of departmental, divisional and organizational goals and objectives.

  • Prepares and/or reviews month end reporting including scorecards, deduction accrual.

  • Collects, summarizes and prepares data and materials for management review, including updating and publishing the scorecard, participating in preparing audits and supporting different projects as assigned.

  • Supporting other AR processes if needed.

  • Ad-hoc analytical support.


 


Candidate profile:



  • Previous experience in a financial position or related area is obligatory.

  • Previous experience with Accounts Receivables is preferred.

  • Previous experience in managing, leading, and/or developing dynamic work teams is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience working under aggressive deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, coaching and customer service skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication (both oral and written) skills with demonstrated ability to present and sell ideas to others.

  • Excellent planning and work prioritization skills to ensure deadlines and customer (internal/external) expectations are met.

  • Thorough understanding of business, processes, systems and internal controls.

  • Proficient use of PC/software, including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications required; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
