Asset Servicing Analyst

The role in Asset Servicing Team which depending on Team assignment will include managing, reconciling and processing Corporate Action events.

Responsibilities:

• Gaining and applying knowledge of products and processes/procedures, industry practices, standards and controls required for custody accounts
• Reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events: revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action
• Monitoring of client instructions and further acting according to requirements, responding to standard client inquiries both internal and external
• Executing moderate to complex transactions
• Tracking errors to adhere to audit and control policies
• Participating in tests, training activities

Requirements:

• Fluent English (minimum B2)
• 1-2 years of related experience in financial institution will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities or Interest in capital markets/finance
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access - is desired)
• Proven success as a team player
• Ability to work during public holidays on rotational basis
