Associate Director, Business Development, Retail Media and Digital Out-of-Home Client Partnerships

Publicis Sapient is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development, Retail Media and Digital Out-of-Home Client Partnerships to drive media sales efforts for our Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) network. 

Core duties and responsibilities

• Drive revenue: deliver on achieving individual sales targets
• Forge the necessary relationships internally to help drive your revenue assignment
• Represent and drive revenue for our retail media and digital out-of-home network to media agencies and/or brand-direct advertisers
• Evangelize digital out-of-home as a “best spend” for brands to maximize reach and revenue growth
• Develop Trusted Advisor role within media agencies on behalf of our digital out-of-home network
• Work with stakeholders throughout Publicis Sapient & Client ecosystems to identify and deliver against scalable advertising opportunities
• Leverage tools for accurate forecasting/ reporting/ planning
• Ensure strong return on advertiser investments across our screen inventory and pivot toward large-scale, programmatic DOOH executions & campaign planning, audience targeting and campaign management.
• Work with stakeholders throughout Publicis Sapient & Client ecosystems to identify and deliver against scalable advertising opportunities
• Leverage tools for accurate forecasting/ reporting/ planning
• Project manage and stay on top of the many aspects required to effectively execute a multi-faceted advertising program

The Individual

• Sales experience in retail media sales.
• Successful track record in achieving revenue targets and successfully developing and executing sales strategies
• Strong client prospecting and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to foster strategic relationships with peers, media-owner contacts & advertisers
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to project manage the many aspects required to effectively execute a multi-faceted advertising program
