Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, delivering high-quality immigration support and advice. Manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees, including visas, work permits, and related applications. Prepare, review, and submit immigration documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely filing. Stay up-to-date with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and policies. Interpret and apply them, advising clients on processes, timelines, risks, and changes. Liaise with government authorities, consulates, network offices, and third-party providers to monitor case progress and resolve issues. Maintain accurate case records, provide regular client updates, and handle unexpected issues professionally and efficiently. Demonstrate commercial awareness and leadership by managing time recording and billing activities, supporting technology initiatives, and mentoring junior team members. English on min B2 and fluent Polish. At least 2 years of experience in a shared service environment or similar immigration role. Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions. Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently. High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role.
