Associate IT Support Specialist

Type of contract: Employment contract

Salary range: 6500 - 9000 PLN gross

What will you do?

As an Associate IT Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, helping them with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripheral devices, and software. You will support users remotely, troubleshoot technical issues, and gradually take part in training employees on company technologies and tools. You will also work with corporate systems and endpoint management solutions used across the organization.

Your tasks

• Provide technical support for end users regarding hardware, software, and peripheral devices


• Install, configure, and maintain computers and business applications


• Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues in a timely manner


• Deliver remote technical support to global users


• Support the operation of company systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, antivirus, and MDM solutions


• Maintain IT equipment according to established standards and procedures


• Assist in onboarding and technical setup for new employees


• Train users on the effective use of company hardware and software


• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure high-quality support services

Your skills

• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11


• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications


• User-focused mindset and willingness to provide technical support


• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively


• Very good communication skills


• Teamwork and collaboration skills


• Good English language skills, both written and spoken


• Ability to work under pressure


• Previous experience in a similar IT Support role

Nice to have

• Knowledge of macOS and Jamf


• Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems including Android and iOS


• Ability to replace consumables and hardware components in IT equipment


• Basic knowledge of Azure and Intune
