Associate Quality Manager

3rd party manufacturer oversight and product quality management: Oversee quality management for a portfolio of 3rd party manufacturing products and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners facilitating effective communication and service to customers. Quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance: Organize monitoring and audits plans, conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues, contribute to change management for a portfolio of 3rd party manufacturing products, while continuously improving quality assurance protocols and procedures. Data analysis, reporting, and customer interaction: Analyze quality data to identify trends, report on quality performance and areas for improvement, and manage customer complaints to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Collaboration and continuous improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and support to team members, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, customer centricity and operational efficiency.
