How you will make an impact

In this role, you will lead the automation and analytics agenda across Global Shared Services, ensuring that digital solutions directly support operational excellence, performance improvement, and long-term scalability. You will manage a team of senior specialists, set clear standards and governance, and work closely with business and digital stakeholders across the organization.

You will report directly to the Head of Global Shared Services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, developing and coaching a team of automation and analytics professionals with a strong focus on delivery and capability building


• Identifying, assessing and prioritizing automation and analytics use cases together with GSS process and service delivery leads.


• Driving the automation, analytics and AI agenda in line with GSS strategy and enterprise digital priorities


• Overseeing the design, development and deployment of scalable, reliable and impactful digital solutions


• Establishing governance frameworks, standards and best practices for automation and analytics within Global Shared Services

What will make you successful

You bring solid experience from automation, analytics and digital enablement in a shared services or operational environment, combined with the ability to lead people and influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• 6+ years of experience within business process automation, analytics or digital enablement, preferably in a shared services or global operations context


• At least 3 years of people leadership experience


• Strong understanding of automation technologies such as MS Power Platform (including Copilot Studio), RPA solutions (e.g. Blue Prism or UiPath) and VBA


• Extensive Power BI experience in data reporting


• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and clear delivery roadmaps


• Experience working across functions and geographies, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
