Job Description - Back Office Specialist with French

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We invite you to join our growing Service Administration Team as a Service Administration Specialist in back office. 

Your tasks: 

•Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
•Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services,
•Invoice of services and contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
•Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents,
•Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous professional experience in similar positions (eg. administration, customer service, back office),
  • Very good knowledge of French and English (min. B2 level),
  • Well-developed MS Office skills,
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on time frames,
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules.
