• Leading the development teams
• Translating requirements into design

• Produces technical documentation
• Setting software development standards
• Proposing technical solutions for business needs and technical problems
• Collecting and interpreting software metrics
• Managing configuration and releases
• Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment
• Tests solutions and develops testing tools 
• Documents developments
• Prototypes solutions
• Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support

• Master-level certificate in the software development technology domain plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position and a minimum of 11 years of IT relevant professional experience 
• Minimum English language skills at the Level B2
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with PHP and MySQL
• Minimum 2 years of experience in user interface design
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the development of Linux-based systems
• Experience as a Software Developer in projects aimed at the design, implementation and deployment of ICT Solutions based on PHP and MySQL
• Has gone at least 3 times through the complete lifecycle of the solution 
• Experience in developing enterprise-level software systems 
• Knowledge of UML and can design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Working in Scrum developments
