Who we're looking for

Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. • Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
• Write and maintain a full unit test suite
• Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices
• Write testable code with the help of modern tools
• Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
• Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
• Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent

• 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken)

• Typescript
• NodeJS
• Rest API, GraphQL (Apollo Server, Apollo Federation)
• Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI
• PostgreSQL, MySQL
• AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), RDS, Cognito, SES, SQS, SNS
• Terraform
• Docker and Micro-service architecture
• React, React Native will be a plus

• Comfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles
• Track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience working within and leading Agile teams
• Comfortable writing supporting documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with minimum supervision
