Base Services Operations Supervisor

• Execute and supervise all contract base life support services through managing a team of professionals while maintaining the highest standards.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and supervision to ensure uninterrupted service provision and maintenance of required service standards
• Ensure workplace tidiness, appearance, and safety standards are maintained across installations and work areas
   

• Coordinate service delivery and all service requests
• Respond to customer needs and ensure occupied facilities are kept clean and tidy to required standards
   

• Plan manpower, daily tasking, and quality inspections for all operations and cleaning activities.
• Coordinate reactive and urgent cleaning response and validate completion evidence.
• Control consumables forecasting and replenishment to prevent service interruption.
   

• You're an experienced supervisor with a proven track record in facilities management, cleaning services, or furniture/asset management
• You're highly organized and skilled at managing staffing rosters, schedules, and ensuring continuous service coverage
• You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• You work collaboratively with customers, quality management personnel, and project leadership
• You're responsive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting out-of-hours needs when service continuity requires it

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, hospitality, logistics, or business or similar
• 5+ years minimum experience supervising base life support services on military or civilian camp facilities
• Familiarity with NATO STANAGS
• Ability to manage scheduling, performance oversight, documentation/reporting, and supply chain/inventory controls
• Fluent in English to at least NATO 3332 (STANAG 6001 equivalent) with a valid driver’s license
