What We Need

We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K-18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Warsaw, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events. 

Each day at Tatcha and K-18 are different, with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
●    Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
●    Generating sell-through via selling and training
●    Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
●    Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
●    Conducting training for all stores in the region
●    Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
●    Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary

●    Hands-on approach to your work

●    Positive and upbeat demeanor 
●    Able to work 3 Saturdays a month.
●    Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and on weekends, evenings, and during promotional events.

 
Qualifications: 
●    5+ years in cosmetics and beauty 
●    Training and education experience in the beauty industry 
●    Retail store experience 
●    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
●    Experience working with Sephora 
●    Training and education experience in skincare
