As a BG Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the efficiency of the company's supply chain operations. Your primary focus will be on providing insights to our service performance to customers, driving service improvement and maintaining high-quality reporting standards throughout the supply chain process.

Principal Accountabilities

Main Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on Service results.
• Provide commentary for Month End Reporting (MMR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and other ad hoc reporting needs.
• Maintain and Improve Customer Service Power BI Dashboard
• Coordinate and run Service Improvement programs.
• Drive Engagement through Coordination of meetings across different levels of Supply Chain organisation.
• Deep dive on Logistics spend (understand the Logistic spend, the cost drivers and propose areas of improvement) as well as provide reporting support during tenders

• Ensure customer satisfaction and DIFOTIS improvement
• Ensure information sharing and effective dissemination

• Establish efficient partnership with other functions across BUs
• Support CI activities development and savings

Qualifications/Requirements

• Formal Qualifications And Experience
• University degree in Engineering or similar disciplines represented in SC
• 2+ years operational experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Very good knowledge in MS Power BI
• ERP, MRP knowledge
