Job Description In this position, you will gain experience in one of the following areas: Generating and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients based on services provided, terms, and agreements. Verifying billing information, including contract terms, pricing, and discounts, to ensure accuracy before invoicing. Monitoring and track client payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve payment discrepancies. Additionally, you will develop skills in: Practical use of foreign languages in daily work, both spoken and written, Database management and financial report analysis, Optimizing existing processes and integrating new ones, Close teamwork to ensure high-quality services, Working in an international environment, Managing priorities in changing conditions. Qualifications Fluent English is a must Relevant Education or experience is an advantage, but is not required Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role Additional information This role is open in a hybrid working model with 1 time a month visit to our office in Opole This is an entry-level position, we invite all those who would like to start their careers in Global Mobility!
