Blockchain Architect

Successful candidate should have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more blockchain platforms 


• Configuring nodes in a distributed network


•  Developing and testing smart contracts


•  Network architecture and operations


• 1 year of technical leadership and architecture experience in software development


• Professional working experience in one or more of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Rust, including Solidity


• Solid understanding of security, scalability, high availability, and concurrency patterns


• Amazing analytical and problem-solving skills maniacally focused on the user, and how to best address their needs


• Experience integrating third-party applications via API


• Familiarity with and interest in reading EIPs, BIPs and technical articles on blockchain community development


• Ability to work with the team on setting new goals and achieving them in a timely manner


• Willing to work directly with our blockchain developers to audit their code and secure their products including smart contracts, protocols and dapp


• Willing to cooperate with our clients (we will also provide you with plenty of opportunities to get involved with research and development efforts to help us raise the standards of blockchain security)


• Open to working on POC with new projects


• Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in Polish


• Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level, C1
