ABOUT THE ROLE
Dentons Business Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Business Acceptance Department and deliver outstanding proactive support, displaying a strong focus on exceptional client service. Based in Warsaw you will report to the AML Operations Manager and the Senior Conflicts Manager located in the United Kingdom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for collating and producing statistical data for the Department in report, graph or other required format
Managing the Department's learning management system
Actioning amendments and auditing to Department policies and procedures
Managing queries relating to Firm's New Business Intake system (NBI)
Processing invoices and Department expenses
Creating and managing multiple rotas for the Department to manage various mailboxes
Assisting the Department and HR with New Joiner protocols
Providing dedicated support to the Department (arranging meetings, training sessions, managing diaries, compiling documents, notarization of documents etc)
Other general administrative tasks
Diary and travel management.
Preparation of agendas and meeting papers.
Responsibility for organising internal events (e.g. training sessions, social events).
Multiple inbox ownership and management
Interface with other business services teams and ownership on resolving any business operations problems.
Creating and amending data sets in Excel and other types of documentation
Creating and amending PowerPoint presentations and Word documents
Carrying out document comparisons and document conversions (e.g. PDF to Word, house-style etc)
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrable level of experience supporting senior leadership within a professional services environment
Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient use of PowerBI
Strong organisational skills
Attention to detail and proof-read documents
Confident and professional communication skills/manner at all levels
Excellent priortisation skills and acute attention to detail
Ability to use own initiative and remain calm under pressure
Willing to embrace change.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Strong relationship skills.
Proactive with very strong ownership approach to the operational workflow.
