Business Analysis Manager (Fund Services Change)

Responsibilities:

• Direct management of a group of Business Analysts with expertise in Fund Services including OTC, Middle Office and Fund Accounting

• Direct ownership of complex analysis work

• Full management responsibility of a team: management of people, evaluation of subordinates' performance and making recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions

• Persuading and influencing others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers

• Providing in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions

• Ensuring all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understanding project schedule and key milestones

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in people management

• Previous experience in Middle Office and OTC, Fund Accounting will be an advantage

• Fluent English both in writing and speaking

• Experience interacting directly with clients preferable
