ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our banking team in asset management area. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and support strategic goals.

The work requires late-shift engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.


• Analyze banking processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.


• Develop business cases and present findings to management.


• Collaborate with IT and project teams to implement solutions.


• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.


• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking/asset management or financial services sector.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with banking software and systems.


• Knowledge of asset management.


• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
