Business Architect in Leasing Domain

YOUR ROLE

As a IT Business Architect, you will be part of our Banking and Capital Markets Practice and will join one of our projects settled in a financial environment. You will work in an international team based on agile methodologies and a professional Software Delivery Life Cycle development process.

YOUR TASKS

• Design and maintain business architecture that aligns with organizational strategy and supports end-to-end processes.


• Analyze current (as-is) and define future (to-be) business processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.


• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment across systems.


• Define standards and principles for processes, integrations, and data flows to maintain consistency and compliance.


• Engage in sales-related activities, including consulting within the leasing domain and solution design for client needs.


• Collaborate with key stakeholders including senior management, IT architects, developers, and product owners to deliver strategic initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field


• Experience in the IT sector in roles such as Business Architect, Business Analyst, Developer, Architect, Delivery Manager, Application Consultant, etc.


• ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation


• experience in collaboration with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework


• Strong knowledge of at least one leasing product:




• Odessa Platform — Odessa Technologies


• Miles Enterprise — Sofico


• Charisma ERP Suite — Totalsoft


• FinQuery (formerly LeaseQuery)


• Other Leasing Software Solution




• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


• Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and negotiation skills.


• fluency in English (min. C1)


• German – B1 (nice to have)
