What you will be doing:
Controlling team leader leads, monitors, and supervises team members to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. Our continuously growing team of more than 25 professionals is handling numerous commercial and factory controlling tasks. Team leader motivates and inspires Controlling team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
As a future team lead you will take care of:
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Lead and coach a team of Business Controllers to deliver daily tasks, ensuring adherence to operating procedures and exceeding targets
Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements and manages escalations professionally
Support key business decisions by providing comprehensive financial analysis
Participate in the annual budget preparation process, providing quarterly forecasts and analysis of actual results in cooperation with plant management
Drive digitalization and improve data quality
Identify and execute continuous improvement in cooperation with other ROCKWOOL GBS teams
Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively
Act as a role model and leads business controllers to deliver high quality controlling services
Set standards and manage talent development, including recruitment, appraisals, staff succession planning and workforce capabilities
Motivate team members and encourage their professional growth
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Conduct employee development conversations, including competence assessment
What you bring:
Proven experience in leadership or team coordination
At least 7 years of professional experience in Finance
Expert knowledge in controlling, budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting
Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders
Master’s degree in Finance
High proficiency in Excel and SAP systems
Advanced proficiency in English
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Strong affinity for process automation and standardization
