Job Description - Business Development Coordinator

K2 Integrity is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our business development and client solutions teams. This junior/associate-level role will focus on managing marketing materials, assisting with client scoping, and handling various sales-directed tasks. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage a diverse range of responsibilities, while maintaining a keen eye for detail. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their marketing skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, based out of our New York City office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage, update, and organize marketing materials, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging.
  • Assist in client scoping, including gathering data, conducting market research, and preparing presentations.
  • Support the client solutions team with miscellaneous sales-directed tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, statements of qualifications, letters, RFPs and presentations for prospective clients.  Ensure that all materials have consistent formatting, capture standardized language to track for future pitches and coordinate any printing requests with the firm’s outside printer.  
  • Coordinate and track the progress of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Support the management and maintenance of the firm’s client relationship and opportunity management system.  This includes interfacing with practitioners to train them on the system and how to input data; providing weekly reporting on pipeline activities to the leadership team; assisting other administrative users on custom templates and reports, as need; providing support for data analytics projects; monitoring when opportunities are converted into new matters and coordinating with practitioners to ensure data in the pipeline is updated.

Qualifications Required:
  • BA/BS degree with proven academic excellence.
  • Two - three years of experience working in marketing and/or business development within professional services industry. 
  • Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with an emphasis on Excel capabilities.
  • Interest and/or experience in marketing technology and CRM platforms a plus.
  • Self-starter, analytical and solution oriented, able to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.
  • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients.

 
Minimum Salary: $50,000 | Maximum Salary: $70,000
